1.秋葵六根,鸡脯肉一块。

2.老姜、鸡脯肉切颗;

3.肉中加入姜颗剁成泥;

5.秋葵清洗表面、切去头部,对切为两半。

6.将秋葵尾朝外摆放在盘中,在破面上加入鸡蓉;

8.蒸锅上汽,放入盘子、加盖;
